ABOUT ME

I learned my biggest lesson early in my career — in my twenties, when I co-founded a winery in Northern California.

On paper, my business partner was the winemaker, and I was responsible for sales and the tasting room. But in practice? It was chaos. We were throwing spaghetti at the wall, running hard but without systems.

And then I noticed something fascinating.

Whenever my partner walked into the tasting room — grape-stained hands, shirt smudged from harvest — everything shifted. He’d tell a story about how the grapes were struggling to produce due to the the climate that year or pour a sample of a new vintage.

And suddenly, people weren’t just tasting wine. They were feeling seen and loving the exclusive time they were spending with the winemaker. They were a part of the story now too, and sales doubled when he spoke.

That’s when it hit me: systems create stability, but storytelling creates connection. And both are essential if you want to run a business that actually grows.

Since then, I’ve made it my mission to combine structure and story. The first time I put simple SOPs and metrics in place in my own businesses, I finally felt the relief of clarity and had more ability to delegate tasks. And when I added storytelling to brand strategy, I saw clients light up, lean in, and say yes.

Over the years, I’ve:

  • Helped create products for service-based businesses that generated over $50k/month sustainably with minimal team effort.

  • Supported 300+ entrepreneurs in clarifying their brand messaging, lead generation, and media presence.

  • Worked in grant compliance and operations for StarWalker Organic Farms, ensuring USDA and federal guidelines were met.

  • Supported department chairs at Stanford University, coordinating complex projects and academic initiatives.

  • Earned a Certification in Branding from the University of London and worked with global brands like Tonies, Prose, MixBook, Radford Beauty, and Hims.

But the work that excites me most? It’s watching someone like you — a visionary founder — finally step into the CEO role with confidence. When your systems are humming and your message is clear, you get to reclaim your time, show up as the authority, and scale without chaos.

Here’s what you can always expect from me:

  • Structure is liberation. Discipline creates freedom.

  • Integrity and honesty, always. I’ll tell you the truth, even when it’s not the easy thing.

  • No fluff. Just practical support and kind, direct feedback that actually moves your business forward.

If you’re spinning your wheels, exhausted from doing everything yourself, and ready to run a business that loves you back, you’re in the right place.

Let’s simplify your systems so you can breathe easier, reclaim your time, and finally step into the CEO role.
